What I know to be true is that above all else; we all simply want to be seen in our humanity, our struggles to be understood and to be accepted without condition.My goal in working with clients is to explore beyond the surface level and deepen into the hidden emotions that may be sabotaging your life. Using a Buddhist-inspired and integrative style of therapy and holistic wellness model, it is my life's passion to empower you to embrace the very best version of yourself. 

I began my mental health career in 1995 working with victims of domestic abuse, serving as a suicide prevention educator and providing treatment for children with autism. My therapy background began in 2006 and includes working with eating disorder treatment, at-risk adolescents, sexual abuse survivors, sexual orientation and identification issues, substance abuse, and chronically mentally ill individuals. I have supervised treatment teams as well as worked as adjunct faculty teaching future therapists. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio and my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. My integrative therapy approach blends modern psychoanalysis and zen-style body-centered approaches to help my clients become more conscious of their of their patterns.
